Washington Homeopathic Pharmacy (WHP) was established in 1873 in Washington, DC. Joe and Linda Lillard purchased the pharmacy in 1991 and renamed it Washington Homeopathic Products. In 2004, the business was consolidated to the current Berkeley Springs location.
In 2005, a manufacturing facility was constructed. Production at this facility focuses on bulk manufacturing for WHP and over 30 private-label companies.
Our storefront museum in downtown Berkeley Spring continues to manage customer service and shipping to over 50,000 customers, including individuals, retail stores, pharmacies, practitioners, and distributors.
WHP is the second largest and oldest full-line homeopathic manufacturer in the United States. We manufacture over 1700 single remedies in potencies up to CM and 77 combination remedies, plus ointments, oils, tinctures, dilutions, Cell Salts, a variety of kits in convenient sizes and over 70 books on homeopathy. Our monthly e-newsletter includes a listing of our products on sale and a selected book at a discounted price.
In addition to the extensive list of homeopathics manufactured by WHP, we retail several products from other homeopathic companies including Boericke & Tafel, Hylands, Boiron, Heel, and Weleda, thus our customers are provided the timesaving option of placing one order for all their homeopathic needs.
